Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid, or shipping charges incurred by sending the product back to us.
The product will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in the same condition as they were at the time they were shipped. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use, has any markings or odors, or has been washed. Please make sure all original tags are still in place. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. Credits normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
You can also exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Please note the name of the product for which you would like to exchange and send the unwanted item back with a note indicating the product that you would prefer.
